Clark Coe

Clark L. Coe Jr. is a former collegiate and professional football player turned entrepreneur, coach, and community leader, committed to athlete development and youth empowerment.

Born in Hoboken, NJ, and raised in Jersey City before moving to Carteret, Clark was an All-Conference standout at Carteret High School. He went on to play college football at Mount Ida College and later Monmouth University, where he again earned All-Conference honors and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He later completed his MBA in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University while balancing full-time work, running a business, and leading a nonprofit.

After training with TEST Football Academy and earning a private workout with the Seattle Seahawks, Clark played professionally in the Indoor Football League. Following career-ending injuries, he transitioned his focus to athlete development. He co-founded Next Level Culture LLC, which has trained thousands of athletes and helped over 100 players earn college football opportunities — including several of New Jersey’s top-ranked recruits who committed to major programs like Ohio State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Rutgers.

Clark is also the founder of SWAG (Students With Athletic Goals) and, in partnership with the NFL, launched the NFL SWAG League — the region’s first official NFL Flag League — in 2021. In 2025, he was named Commissioner of the United Flag Alliance (UFA), a statewide league powered by Centercourt Club Sports. He now oversees programming across five locations totaling over one million square feet of turf space.

Clark has organized football showcases that have led directly to scholarship offers and produced high-level tournaments and showdowns featuring over 100 teams in the past year alone. Through his leadership, he continues to collaborate with flag football directors across New Jersey to grow the sport, increase access, and create meaningful opportunities for athletes of all ages.

His ultimate mission is to open a multi-functional athletic facility that serves as a one-stop hub for sports training, academic support, and life-skill development — empowering youth and adults in the communities that need it most.
